Expected Delivery Timelines
Within Pakistan
- Unstitched items: 3–5 working days
- Stitched items: 20–25 working days
Outside Pakistan
- All orders: 25–30 working days
Note: Customized stitching with lining may require an additional 7 working days.
Shipping Charges
- Within Pakistan: Free of charge
- International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package size
Courier Partners
- Domestic: Leopards Courier, FastEx, PostEx, TCS (and others as required)
- International: DHL, SkyNet (and others depending on destination)
Order Processing
- All stitched orders (excluding PRET) are made to order.
- Production begins the next business day after order confirmation.
Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
- Customized Stitching Orders: Must be prepaid in full at the time of order placement. COD is not available for these.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we do not deliver to India or Bangladesh due to current operational restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country.
- JAZMÍN is not responsible for these additional charges.
- Payment of such duties is required to release your shipment.

For security and authenticity, all official JAZMÍN orders are delivered in our branded The Brand Outlit.
Do not accept any package that does not arrive in official packaging, and report such incidents immediately to support@thebrandoutlit.com.
