We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to offer clarity and transparency.
Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, beginning the day you receive your order. However, returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered).
Note: Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags must be attached.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our team at customerservices@jazmin.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return request is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Note: For packages not received within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected date. We will coordinate with the courier service to locate your order.
Important Notes
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. Instead, we offer a voucher for use on your next purchase.
- Refunds are applicable only on prepaid orders.
- Customized stitched items are not eligible for size exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges
For a faster resolution, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return is approved. Exchange orders are shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Paid orders are considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
This policy helps us manage production and delivery timelines efficiently.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
